Why I Chose It
The Oxballs Tri-Sport was selected as the Test Winner for this review because it’s big cock ring that impresses in terms of size and compatibility with thicker penises. Our tester, James, was a bit skeptical (and intimidated) by it at first but soon found out that “the material of the Oxballs Tri-Sport is incredibly stretchy. I could stretch it to wear around my wrist with no issue and that gave me confidence in the quality of this toy.”
Following the instructions and images on the packaging, it was actually a breeze to put on with some lube at hand. Even though it looks a lot more complicated than a simple cock ring, James was pleasantly surprised at the simplicity of the experience:
“The Tri-Sport felt very much like a regular cock ring and I liked how thick the rings were because they provided more pressure over a larger area. Overall, it felt snug and like everything was supported; exactly what I would be looking for in a cock ring and I wasn’t concerned about it hurting from being too tight.”
Is it too big? Well, James, tried using it with his partner and didn’t feel like the toy got in the way for the most part. Although, since the Tri-Sport is a bit more bulky than a regular cock ring, “it sacrifices a small bit of penis length.”
The only other con I can think of about this big cock ring is that it’s made of TPE. I always try to recommend sex toys made of non-porous materials, like silicone, so there’s a 100% guarantee of the product being body-safe. That said, James did still find this cock ring to be pretty durable and high quality.

Why I Chose It
I picked out the Oxballs Z-Balls as our Runner-Up because it offers many of the same benefits as our Test Winner. It’s nice and bulky, and the thickness of the rings make sure to grip your crotch with the perfect amount of pressure on a larger area than any other regular cock ring. For our tester, David, however, it wasn’t a perfect fit:
“Personally I did not enjoy the Oxballs Z-balls cock ring and ball stretcher, but it may be a great toy for someone else. It was difficult to get on and it was too tight, reducing sensation when used as a ring. I found it easier to use as a ball stretcher.”
Since the Oxballs Z-Balls is less stretchy (and has a smaller diameter) compared to the Oxballs Tri-Sport Cock Ring, I do think it’s less suitable for those with a girthier penis. So, depending on your penis shape and size, your experience may vary. That said, I still think this is a great big cock ring for those want something that looks and feels bulky.
My favorite feature is how versatile the design is. Being able to use it as multiple types of sex toys in different configurations is a huge plus for such an affordable toy. Of course, in an ideal world it would be made of stretchy silicone instead of porous TPE. Still, the quality is good and “the rings are quite thick and feel durable”.

I am partial to cock rings with this flat shape. They tend to stay in place really well but still feel comfortable because of the soft, rounded edges.
