Personal Experience
Delightfully demeaning!
Wearing this gag made me feel humiliated (in a good way) and submissive. It’s impossible to have a cock attached to your face and a big ball in your mouth without feeling some pretty subby things so this is a very quick way of setting a scene and establishing who’s in charge!Think about the sizes
The ball felt really big to me. It’s nice and soft (like all good balls, it’s nice to squeeze!) but it sits entirely inside your mouth and it felt huge to the point of discomfort. It’s not easy to see from the photos but the ball is only attached by elastic (I initially thought it was fixed to the base of the dildo, which it’s not) so it goes entirely into your mouth with only elastic coming out of the corners of your mouth, which I think is a great part of the design. But, due to the size of the ball, my jaw started aching pretty fast so we only played for a very short time. If your mouth is a little larger than mine, it’d be pretty comfortable to wear. The very-firm dildo is fairly short and slim. You need to get in very close to your partner to achieve penetration and, if your partner prefers girthy toys, this dildo might not be enough. Thrusting was tricky because the ball felt so big in my mouth and having my face bounced on was a no (again because of the ball). The dildo moves around a bit so it’s not easy to control.Looks good

This dildo ball gag would be perfect for people with a mouth large enough to accommodate the ball comfortably and who like very firm, slim dildos. That’s not me, sadly. I found the ball too big and the cock too slim and hard. But it’s beautifully made and will be great for the right person. The dildo ball gag is well made. It's adjustable and I liked the fact that the ball sits entirely inside your mouth. The dildo is ribbed for extra sensation. The dildo and the ball were both smooth on the surface with no seams so they aren't scratchy. The gag is robust. The dildo moves around a bit so it's not easy to ride.
Ease of Use
I struggled with this ball gag because the ball felt too big but, for someone else, it'd be a really great toy. It's definitely a more advanced item. Wearing a ball gag, while someone fucks themself on your face, is a big deal so plan for plenty of aftercare and make sure you have a stop signal because you won't be able to speak while you're wearing it (my partner and I use a double-tap; if I tap twice on their body it means stop).
