As the first independent sexual wellness media we’ve decided to make a complaints and recall page.
The purpose of this page is to enable you to submit complaints about websites or products (sex toys and lubes), allowing us to:
a) Help you contact the webshop and identify patterns in how different webshops handle issues such as return policies.
b) List products recalled due to production errors or other defects. This overview is further down. Use it to avoid purchasing products that others have reported issues with.
