Fleshlight Fleshskins Review
My Verdict
An overall effective, yet gimmicky masturbation sleeve, the Fleshlight Fleshskin delivers on strokability, but falls a little flat from "over-design" by trying too hard to be unique.

About The Fleshlight Fleshskins Blue Ice
The Fleshlight Fleshskin Blue Ice is a variation on the classic penis stroker. A well sized sleeve with an open end allows for a variety of penis lengths. This toy is textured on the inside for added sensation. Finger grips on the outside allow you to lock it into place in your (or someone else's) hand. It comes with a "drying case" as well. It is made of Fleshlight's "SuperSkin" material, which is a TPE blend.

- ✅Nice interior texture
- ✅Grip holes for those with grip issues
Cons

Personal Experience
First Impressions
When looking at the box for the Fleshlight’s Fleshskin Blue Ice, the first thing that comes to mind is a certain animated tv show, where famous celebrities have their heads preserved in bell jars. This seems to be the aesthetic that Fleshlight is going for with this product. I can’t imagine a scenario where I need to keep a sex toy “on display” in this manner, and if I did, it would be a much fancier sex toy. They call it a drying rack, but I really don’t see the need for such an addition. It just seems like over-hype.Is the Hype Worth it?
So the real question is whether the Fleshskin is worth this kind of “look-at-me” display. I have to say that after seeing the drying rack, I had my doubts. I was gearing up for disappointment with this toy. I was wrong, however. The basic design of the Fleshskin is well made. I was pleasantly surprise when I lubed up and slid myself in, as the tiny hole on the top of the toy actually wrapped around me and allowed me to push all the way through. This gave me different options for stroking: I could keep the head of my cock inside the toy, or use long strokes to push myself out. Twisting, stroking, squeezing… all of it felt quite good with the Fleshskin. All in all, I was quite satisfied with it’s performance. To Grip or not to Grip?
The Fleshskin is built to look like some sort of erotic brass knuckle. The finger holes on the side are yet another “gimmick” that I don’t think was needed. I personally found the grip holes made the toy harder to use. ALTHOUGH, I do feel that I need to say that perhaps for those with hand mobility issues, this might be the perfect stroker as it will stay in place. However this is not how they market the feature, so I think this is a missed opportunity for Fleshlight. Had they marketed this as an accessible toy, maybe I wouldn’t have been turned off by the grip feature.Design
The Fleshlight Fleshskin, when you boil it down to it's essentials, is an efficient and effective stroker. It has ridges inside for extra sensation, and it is flexible and easy to use. I appreciate the open top, which makes clean-up a lot easier than toys with a closed end. What you might lose in "suction" of a closed-ed toy, you gain in adaptability of motion and stimulation variety. The built-on "handle" on the outside of the stroker could be seen as making this toy more accessible for those with grip issues, but for me, it was little more than a gimmick.
Ease of Use
I can't fault the Fleshskin on easy of use. With some lube, it slid on quite easily and the open end made using this toy a breeze. I could keep my erection completed inside the Fleshskin, stimulating the head, or push the head of my cock out, stimulating the base. This was probably the best feature of the toy. The handle, however, I felt made it harder to use rather than easier.
Quality
The material (Fleshlight's "SuperSkin") felt good, and seems quite durable. I was able to flip it inside out to clean and was not worried about breaking or tearing. The SuperSkin material is well made and I think will last a while. There must be a reason why Fleshskin is a name everyone knows.
Price
For what this product is, I found the Fleshskin to be quite expensive as far as what it offered. Other similar strokers are half the price, although I guess you are paying for the drying rack? (Or as I call it, the display case). Are you paying for the grip holes? There is a lot or superfluous design here, and I feel like we are paying a lot more for features we do not need. The drying rack is really overkill. It felt more like placing cupcakes on display then it felt like a useful addition to this toy.
Performance
The performance of the Fleshskin was very good. It was a snug fit, that stimulated all the right spots. The open end was a real plus for me. It allowed a variety of stroking that added a lot to the experience. It gave opportunities for long or short strokes, allowing me to really control where the stimulation was taking place, and change it up on a whim.
Packaging
I feel like dry ice should be pooling out of the bottom of their drying case as I open it, with dramatic music playing in the background. The packaging of the Fleshlight Fleshskins is the definition of overkill. Why the display case? Why, Fleshlight? Why do you think I need to take a small stroker that fits easily into a drawer, and place it in a bell jar for the world to see? You claim it's to help the toy dry...? Have my other strokers been sitting in puddles of water all this time? They seemed to have been okay, so why, Fleshlight, why?
Materials and care
It's hard to find information of what "SuperSkin" really is. In the end, it's their own TPE blend, which is a common material for most strokers. It seems durable and similar to other soft materials. It was definitely easy to clean... Does it take long to dry? Is that why I need a drying rack? Why, Fleshlight, why? Why do I need a drying rack??
