Fleshlight Universal Launch Review
My Verdict
Being the proud owner of both the Fleshlight Universal Launch and a Kiiroo Keon I couldn't help but compare, and in the end I found the Fleshlight Launch to be the superior choice. First and foremost it was easiest to hold - with the new handles that are an upgrade from their older model: Fleshlight Launch. The Kiiroo Keon still has this bulky look that feels awkward to hold and precisely aim like you want it. Second I felt like, although the strokes were slower on every stroke-length setting they did feel more powerful. I'm almost at a point where I would describe them as more intentional, which feels weird to say. Some other great things about it is that I could charge it during use (even though 60 min battery time is plenty enough for me). Overall, I have a really hard time finding negative things to say, apart from the fact that it is a bit noisy - at the highest setting I would be nervous of someone standing outside the door hearing me go to town.

About The Fleshlight Universal Launch
The Fleshlight Universal Launch arrived to my doorstep in a massive box, and it is quite big and bulky, but a lot lighter and pretty easy to hold, at least compared to what I had anticipated. Especially those handles made it easier to maneuver than the Kiiroo Keon. It comes with a phone holder, a magnet and charger, as well as a coupon for free adult content on Fleshlight. In terms of stroking it has 4 stroke-lengths (2.8, 2.0, 1.5 and 0.5 inches). The shorter the stroke length the faster you can get the strokes to get. In terms of stroking speed, at the highest setting it strokes 80, 105, 135, and 220 strokes/min at each stroke length respectively (from long to short). I took a video of it all, where I also compare the stroke length and speed to the Kiiroo Keon. The stroke length are roughly the same between the two - at least I don't personally feel or see a difference. The Keon is slightly faster on stroke speed on each setting with 120, 135, 180, and 240 strokes/min. With the position button on the left I can position the stroker in 3 different positions on the two shortest stroke length settings.

- ✅Easy to hold
- ✅Much improved version 2.0

Personal Experience
When I first unpacked the Fleshlight Universal Launch my reaction was “oh fuck, it’s a monster”, but that feeling very quickly evaporated. On the surface it looks like it’s bigger, bulkier and heavier than the Kiiroo Keon. And, it does weigh just around the same (the Fleshlights are slightly heavier than the Kiiroo Feelstars used for the Keon though). However, the main difference-maker is that the Fleshlight Universal Launch is so much easier to hold because of the handles. I was able to even just use one hand easily.
The noise level
The first thing I did was test out the noise-level. When I closed the door to my room, and walked just 3-4 feet away I couldn’t hear it at all, to my surprise. Mind you, I think you would be able to hear it through very thin walls or if you stand close enough to the door.My favorite sleeves with the Fleshlight Universal Launch
I personally own 50+ Fleshlight sleeves at this point, so I had plenty to test with, and let me tell you this, there is a big difference in what sleeve feels good and what doesn’t. Typically, the looser sleeves with less pronounces texture works best. My favorites for the Fleshlight Universal Launch have quickly become the Riley Reid Utopia, Stoya Destroya, and Madison Ivy Beyond. But I did also find some tighter sleeve working well with it, such as the Autumn Falls Cream, and the Turbo Thrust. My new favorite way of using it
To be completely honest with you, I think the Launch has become my favorite way to use a Fleshlight now. Sure, I can’t go full beast-mode and do super long fast stroking. But taking the top off in terms of speed only make me have slightly longer sessions that in return are a lot more pleasurable. I do love the manual modes, and the lack of Bluetooth and syncing it up to the videos that you get with the Keon means less to me And, I’ve tried my fair share of VR, and syncing with automatic masturbators, and it’s not the holy grail.Design
I like almost everything about the Fleshlight Universal Launch. It's a massive upgrade from the bulky and hard-to-handle shape of the first version (called just the Fleshlight Launch). First, adding the handle-bar grips on either side is a genious design move. Second, the strap to keep the Fleshlight in place is designed in a way that makes it easy to pop on almost any other stroker you might wanna try out. This is not the case with the Kiiroo Keon as it's attachment system is only made for Feelstars.
Ease of Use
Everything about the Fleshlight Universal Launch is super simple and straight forward. I didn't look at a manual even once, it's pretty intuitive. It has 1 power button on the right. One "position" button on the left, where you can adjust from what position the stroker should start stroking. Lastly, on each handlebar it has a up-down button that controls the stroke-length and stroke-speed respectively.
Quality
Overall I feel it's a high quality product, it does have some plasticy things, but they don't really seem wonky or give off that cheap feel. It feels heavy and well made. And, having tested it with well over 50+ Fleshlights from my collection and some other strokers I own it still holds up without anything breaking. The plastic holder for your mobile is a bit wobbly, but I don't really use it that much.
Price
The Fleshlight Universal Launch isn't a cheap product, it's around the price of 2-3 Fleshlights. Before getting it, I did consider if getting additional Fleshlights instead made more sense, but I'm very glad I decided against it and bought the Universal Launch. However, the old Fleshlight Launch (the first version that looks more like the Keon) wasn't worth the price.
Performance
With some Fleshlight sleeves, typically the tighter ones with a lot of pronounced textures the Fleshlight launch doesn't work to well. I also experienced some difficulties with using anal sleeves, until I realized I just had to adjust the position on the left button further down. I did find that you need to use a bit more lube that on a manual session, as they typically also go for longer when using the Fleshlight Universal Launch. As you can't stroke exactly as hard, long, or fast as you personally want or need at any minute it does take a bit more time to reach the finish line. But, that's just a bit of edging and a better orgasm at the end of the day - at least in my opinion.
Packaging
It comes in a big square box, wrapped in a plastic like bag between to pieces of cardboard to hold it in place. It has a great level of detail on the box with instructions and cool accessories you can buy and use. I don't really see myself using this as a storage box though, as it isn't too discreet, so I've just gone ahead and used the box that box came in (plain cardboard).
Materials and care
The entire thing is just made of plastic with a backside of some softer plastic. But, as you don't "directly" use it, the cleaning of the Fleshlight Universal Launch is super simple. The times I've gotten "something" on it, it's just a simple wipe with some tissue.
Special feature
The main highlight of the Fleshlight Universal Launch is that its so easy to hold on to and angle, even just with one hand. A feature that seems simple, but just set’s it apart from the competition and is my favorite upgrade from the original Fleshlight Launch.
