My Verdict
In conclusion, this was a very basic and beautiful toy to use. I found it was incredible pleasurable when using it to enjoy G spot or P spot stimulation or temperature play. I also found that the rounded end prevented any type of cervical discomfort when using the straight part for penetration. I was so excited to hold this toy in my hands. I am a huge fan of the holidays and the idea that I could get some lingerie or something cute to match with it to fully embrace it. It was heavier than I had thought at first, but I suppose that comes with having a glass dildo. It felt thick and heavy in my hands, which was actually a bit of a relief because I was worried it might feel a bit flimsy (I was new to glass toys). The curved end AND straight end both felt comfortable in my hands and I was easily able to use whatever lubrication I loved with this body-safe and hypoallergenic toy. Because the handle is incredibly curved it makes this toy safe for anal play as well and easy for self thrusting! The white part of the toy is clear and then there are stripes of red along the body of this glass toy.
Ease of Use
Simply hold the curved end of this glass toy and you can insert the straight side inside you for regular penetration. OR if you are looking for g spot or p spot play you can use the slightly curved end for anal or vaginal insertion while holding onto the straight end. Both ends of this toy are rounded so there is no discomfort inside you despite the firmness of this glass toy. You can also easily hold it under warm or cold water to embark on temperature play.
Quality
This Pipedream Icicles Candy Cane Glass Dildo is made 100% of borosilicate glass, which is hypoallergenic, non-porous and strong enough to last a lifetime. During the years that I have had and used this toy I have not experienced any scratches on the toy, chips, or breaking whatsoever. Although glass is breakable (for instance, if you toss it off a high ledge onto hard ground) the pressure with which you use it inside your body will never break this product.
Price
This glass toy can normally be purchased for under 50$. For a toy that makes it easy to enjoy temperature play and can be used for both straight penetration, as well as curved g spot or p spot play, I felt this was a great price. It will last you a very long time and is beautiful to behold — making it excellent for your collection. Especially if you are looking to dive into something festive and seasonal for sensation and temperature play!
Performance
The rounded ends prevent any cervical pain despite how firm and hard the toy is. I felt it performed quite well. When I was seeking g-spot stimulation the Candy Cane Dildo delivered, and wasn't too curved to cause discomfort. It was also quite easy to hold and even easier to go between warm and colder temperatures by running it under hot or cold water. If you aren't interested in playing with it that way, you can also simply hold it in your hand and I found the glass was able to conform to body temperature with ease.
Packaging
The packaging for this toy isn't too out of this world - but it can easily be stored with other toys without fear of discoloring or melting so oftentimes there is no interest in continuing to store the toy in the box itself. I purchased mine several years ago, so I am not sure if their packaging has since changed, but mine came in a simple box, nestled inside safely. The one I purchased did not come with a storage bag, but I have heard that the other glass toys from the Icicles line do come with one, so I would have loved to see that.

The Candy Cane Glass Dildo is made from borosilicate glass and is hypoallergenic, non-porous and strong enough to last a lifetime. You are able to use any type of lubrication with this toy and I recommend that you wash it down with your favorite toy cleaner or a mild soap and warm water before and after use. Then be sure not to store it on top of other glass toys. You want to make sure that if things get jostled it will not chance breaking this glass. Instead, try getting a small toy bag for it or wrap it in a hand towel after use.
Special feature
What I loved most about this glass dildo that I found different from others in the icicles line, was the opportunity to use it in a multitude of different ways. Due to the gentle curve of the handle can be used for G spot or P spot stimulation and the straight end can be used for straightforward penetration. I love seeing a beautiful glass toy that can be used in more than one way safely!
