My Verdict
Overall, the Icicles No. 46 Prostate Massager is a very nice toy. It’s elegant, comfortable, and easy to use. For me, however, it seemed a bit short, at first, but that turned out to be not the case. It is a nice addition to the bedroom and stays out of the way while still adding stimulation during sex and foreplay.

Personal Experience
Opening the box, I was excited mostly by the shape and material of the Icicles No. 46 massager. It lubed and inserted easily and was very comfortable to wear. At first, it didn’t seem to be doing much. I relaxed and enjoyed the sensations but was thinking this toy was a bit “meh”.
Gets Going with Sex
Once my wife was ready to get going, the Icicles No. 46 started to come alive. The more excited we got, the better this prostate massager stimulated me and brought me to the next level. The Icicles No. 46 is very easy to use. It’s not too big, is easy to insert, and a breeze to clean. Being a manual massager, there’s nothing to charge and no waiting. I would consider the Icicles No. 46 a great beginner toy if it were not for the fact that the glass will take extra care to not break. It's small enough that it will be no trouble for a beginner to use and cleanup is super easy.
Quality
The material and shape of the Icicles No. 46 looks and feels of high quality. There’s nothing fancy here, but the toy will get the job done, even if it takes a minute to get you going. The glass feels solid so there isn't much fear of it breaking on you during use but still be careful how you sit! If kept from dropping, this toy should last a lifetime.
Price
Priced around $20, the Icicles No. 46 is an unbelievable value. Most of the other glass prostate toys I’ve seen are at least 3 times this expensive and I can’t imagine they would outperform this one.
Performance
The Icicles No. 46 did take a bit for me to get going. Once my wife gets me excited though, this massager really starts to work its magic. I’m not sure it would be a good solo toy for standalone prostate massage, but coupled with my wife, it’s amazing!
Packaging
The packaging of the Icicles No. 46 is simple and elegant. I do wish it didn’t need the large brick of foam, but that does protect the glass very well.There’s a neat little door that opens on the front that would let you see the actual toy if you were looking at it in person at a store, which is a nice touch.
Materials and care
The Icicles No. 46 prostate massager is made of borosilicate glass which is very body safe and non-porous. You can use any type of lube and it washes up very easily with soap and water. Being made of glass means that they toy is susceptible to chipping and breaking if not stored and handled gently and you will want to inspect the toy for breaks thoroughly before use.
