Kamasutra Divine Nectars Flavoured Lube Review
My Verdict
This isn't my favourite flavoured lube, but that doesn't mean it is a bad lube. Sure, I am not a fan of the super sweet candy flavour and smell, but I do like how thin and natural it feels. For me, there is an equal amount of pros and cons, like the way I don't like thee physical bottle, but I do like the lid. If I had this in my collection of flavoured lubes, it wouldn't be the first lube I'd pick, but it wouldn't be my last either. I think my overall feeling is that I am slightly undecided? The main deciding factors for me is that it is water-based and a reasonable price for a flavoured lube!

Design
I like the design of this lube, it looks pretty and cute! The transparent bottle is always something I like, as I like to see what colour the lube it (I have never been the biggest fan of coloured lubes). The colours and flower design is eye-catching, however is slightly feminine instead of gender neutral. The one major downfall to the design is that the text on the bottle is so small, I had to go and find my glasses to double-checked it was water-based! I want the font to be enlarged about 5 times bigger! The label on the back is slightly easier to read as it is black and the contrasting colours compliment to ease, but otherwise I was sat there squinting at my lube bottle!
Ease of Use
The Kamasutra Divine Nectars raspberry kiss flavoured lube is a thin, water-based lube that feels natural and smooth on the skin. It has a strong smell to it, of very sweet candy, almost like candy-floss or marshmallows. It doesn't state if it is FDA approved but the ingredients are compatible with the FDA regulations. As it is a water-based lube, it is compatible with all condom types (not polyurethane) and all sex toy materials, which I love, as silicone toys are my favourite! Also, despite being a thin lube, it doesn't become tacky or sticky after using it for a longer period of time.
Quality
When it comes to flavoured lubes, I always think about how much the ingredients matter to me. At first, when I noticed it contained glycerin, I was not best pleased. I always try and avoid glycerin as it can affect the natural pH of a vagina, as it is a sugar that can help promote the production of bacteria in the vulva. But when it comes to flavoured lubes, I have to think about what I am using it for, of which is mainly for oral sex, not actual sex. Therefore, I would happily use it again for oral and then swap to another water-based lube that doesn't contain glycerin, for PIV sex instead. This way there won't be as much glycerin getting involved my vagina.
Price
This is one of the cheaper flavoured lubes that I have tried, but unfortunately the second a lube has a 'special feature', the price is raised so much! Just because the lube has a candy flavour to it, doesn't mean the price tag has to double!
Performance
Despite this lube being very thin, it doesn't take away from how long it lasts for, of which was a surprisingly long time! In my experience, the thinner the lube, the faster it dries up, but that is actually due to the amount of water in it. Hence why if you needed a lube that would last forever, then I would probably opt of a thicker, silicone lube. I always expect water-based lubes to dry out quickly, but this lube lasted a good time, and only needed to re-apply once.
Compatibility
The packaging of this lube is not something to shout about unfortunately - it underwhelmed me. The bottle itself is very small, which for me wasn't great as I like to use a lot of lube, and I think this bottle is going to run out quite quickly! On the other hand, it is good for for taking with me for travelling. The bottle itself is made of very hard plastic, which is difficult to squeeze. I wouldn't recommend this bottle for people with weak hand strength. The kamasutra lube does have one of my preferred lids - a click-close lid that I don't have to screw off when my hands are wet.
Stain Test
This water-based lube washes out of bed sheets and clothes very easily, especially as it is translucent. Water-based lubes tend to be easier to wash out than hybrid or silicone lubes which was apparent with this lube. As it is also a thin lube, it is very easy to wash off the skin and washes of straight away without feeling like it is still on your skin after washing.
