I think that the Lovehoney Oh! Satin Blindfold is a cute and practical blindfold that can come in handy during more sensual foreplay. Cheap Thrills, Cozy Feels
I love sensual and romantic types of foreplay, and I’ve tried different kinds of sensory play before. I often find myself reaching for a blindfold. I usually reach for cheaper blindfolds you can find at drugstores, so the Lovehoney Oh! Satin Blindfold was an upgrade for me. I was surprised by how smooth and comfortable the material felt. Sure, it’s not real silk, so the satin feel is on the cheaper side, but I didn’t expect anything extraordinary for less than 10 dollars. The faux fur lining was definitely my favorite addition, as some cheaper satin blindfolds made my face a bit sweaty, and sticky during longer sessions, so the fur added a new level of comfort. What I didn’t enjoy were the elasticated straps. They aren’t the most secure and they tangle my hair during longer sessions, so I don’t recommend them for people with longer hair. The Lovehoney Oh! Satin Blindfold has a simple, and easy-to-use design. I didn’t expect much from it, because it’s a very affordable product, but I actually found this blindfold comfortable. I like the faux-fur inner lining, padded design, and smooth satin finish in the front. Despite being a pretty basic product, I like the simplicity of the design and that it pretty much matches most of my bedroom outfits.
Ease of Use
The Lovehoney Oh! Satin Blindfold is incredibly easy to use. The straps are stretchy, so I don’t think anyone will have a problem fitting them over their heads. I also appreciate how small, and easy to store it is.
Quality
Given the budget price of the Lovehoney Oh! Satin Blindfold I think the quality is decent. I am not gonna lie, it feels a bit cheap, but it costs less than 10 bucks, so I didn’t expect a top-quality satin product. The faux fur and satin finish feels smooth and comfortable on the skin, and the padding helps with blocking out the light, which works perfectly for sensory play, or sleeping. I am not a fan of the straps though, I have long hair, and the thin elasticated straps tangled my hair quite a lot during longer play, so I would rather have wider and thicker straps instead.
Price
The Lovehoney Oh! Satin Blindfold is a very affordable blindfold. It’s not something designed for extreme BDSM or for anyone who enjoys serious sensory play, but it’s a great tool for sensual foreplay.
Performance
I used the Lovehoney Oh! Satin Blindfold for a few light bondage sessions, and I think it’s a well-made toy. It’s easy to use, fully blocks the light, and is easy to adjust. I only wish there was a better strap design because most people with long hair might struggle during longer sessions.
