The Redemption

Design

The Maude Spot looks beautiful. The minimal design makes it look very premium and luxe. However, once you take it in your hand, the toy appears less premium because it's so light and the material is rigid. The curve is perfect and hits all the right spots, and the round head feels very pleasurable. While there is no bounce to the silicone, it still feels nice and soft against the skin.

Ease of Use

If I was a newbie in the sex toy game and had no idea how to use sex toys or which one to choose, but I wanted one for G-spot stimulation, the Spot would definitely be at the top of my list. It's designed for beginners and those who want a simple, fuss-free vibrator that does the job well. Its shape makes it super comfortable to hold in your hand and against your body - internally and externally. And the five different vibration settings are super easy to navigate.

Quality

As I already mentioned before, the vibrator looks premium until you take it into your hands. The shape is lovely, the silicone is soft, and the vibrations are rumbly and powerful. The fact that it's so rigid and hard is a little bit disappointing. It doesn't feel sturdy because it's so light, but it could be good for people with mobility issues because it makes it easier to hold the toy in hand. I was surprised that it wasn't as loud as I thought it would be. When it's on the lowest vibration setting, you can't hear it in the other room without doors closed at all.

Price

The Spot is not an affordable G-spot massager. While it's not the most expensive toy on the market, it's definitely an investment. I think if you're a seasoned sex toy user and have a couple of G-spot vibes you love and use always, it might not be worth the money. However, if you are a beginner and want a premium G-spot massager that will deliver great orgasms, will be easy to use, and will serve you for (hopefully) years to come, the Spot might be worth the investment.

Performance

I think that when it comes to delivering toe-curling G-spot orgasms, the Spot performs super well. The shape is perfect, and I'm not exaggerating. It fits in your hand super well, and it can be used as a clitoral massager, too. Internally, the toy hits all the right spots, and there is absolutely no discomfort I've experienced with some other toys. The round head feels good even if you thrust deeper and doesn't feel painful on the cervix. The vibrations are rumbly and powerful and don't leave you numb or overly sensitive.

Packaging

Packaging might have been my favorite thing about the Spot. I loved that it came in a unique round box that's neutral and very elegant. Modern and sleek, it is made for a modern person looking to invest in their pleasure. There is a paper manual inside, which is very beautiful and straightforward. It's been the easiest-to-understand manual I've ever received with a sex toy.

Materials and care

So, the Maude Spot is made from 100% medical-grade premium silicone, which is supposed to be the best quality silicone available on the market. For this price point, I expect nothing less. The silicone feels nice and premium; however, the toy itself is super light, which makes it feel not as sturdy as I'd like. Another thing that makes the toy feel less premium is the fact that it's not waterproof, only water resistant. However, I absolutely love the canvas toy that comes as part of the packaging to store your Spot. It's super high quality, looks great, and is very neutral - nobody will guess that it's hiding your favorite sex toy.
