My Verdict
All in all, the MysteryVibe Tenuto 2 is a great toy for guys. The powerful, strategically placed motors get the vibration deep where you want it. It's fun to wear during foreplay and sex and enhances the pleasure for a nice change of pace. I can't really speak to the E.D. treatment, but as soon as it's in place and turned on for me, I'm at full salute. If you're looking for something to stimulate the clit with any intensity during sex, however, I'd look elsewhere.

Personal Experience
The MysteryVibe Tenuto 2 is easily the largest cock ring I have used. The other devices that I have experience with are usually one or two rings with a little vibrator on the top to try and reach the clit. The Tenuto 2 is a solid piece of engineering with enough bulk to hold four vibrating motors: one on the top clit-reaching area, two underneath on the base of the shaft, and one that reaches back to the perineum.
As an ED Treatment
To use the Tenuto 2 as an ED treatment, the instructions mention placing the shaft ring at the base of the head and turning the device on. I have no issues with ED but thought I would follow the instructions, anyway. Once I started the vibrations, I was instantly erect. The vibrations from the motors penetrate deep into the sensitive tissue and are extremely pleasurable. I was very excited to try the Tenuto 2 with my wife but thought I’d try it on by myself, first. I’m glad I did because there’s a bit of a trick to getting everything in place. Since the silicone doesn’t stretch like every other ring I’ve used, I was a bit perplexed when it came time to fit the boys through. The shaft ring slides on nicely but you really have to maneuver the ball ring to push each ball through, one at a time. I was really worried that I wouldn’t be able to wear the Tenuto 2 properly but eventually I got it. Having the basic ball-donning technique down, it was a lot easier to get the Tenuto 2 in place with the help of my wife. While I held the ball ring open and coaxed from behind, she was able to work each ball through by gently guiding the scrotum into place. The first time we used it together, I just left it in place during foreplay. The tight rings and vibrations kept me rock solid throughout foreplay and was an excellent addition to her stroking. During the finale, my wife said she enjoyed the vibrations but wasn’t over the moon about them. For me, on the other hand, the vibration during thrusting was amazing. The design of the MysteryVibe Tenuto 2 is very good. Both the shaft and ball ring fit tightly and allow the vibrations to penetrate deep into the pleasurable tissue. The ball ring would be easier to install if it was more flexible but, for me, now that I've got it figured out, the rigid, tight fit works very well.
Ease of Use
Using the MysteryVibe Tenuto 2 is fairly straightforward. With the exception of learning how to install the ball ring, the Tenuto 2 is simple to use. The custom vibration function on the app has a small learning curve to it but it's by no means difficult.
Quality
The MysteryVibe Tenuto 2 is a very high quality toy in look, feel, and function. The silicone is smooth and clean and the overall feel of the toy is solid. The vibration motors seem to be powerful and the silicone doesn't look like it will deteriorate over time. My only quality gripe with the Tenuto 2 is the micro USB charge port. These are notoriously delicate so I plan to be very careful with it.
Price
The MysteryVibe Tenuto 2 is a very pleasurable toy but around $200 does seem a little high for what it is. I have, however, spent more on toys that lack all of the great features that MysteryVibe put into the Tenuto 2. Having experienced the Tenuto 2, though, I could easily justify spending the money on it.
Performance
The MysteryVibe Tenuto 2 performs as expected for me. For my wife, it left some to be desired. The motors are powerful and placed strategically so that when worn at the top of the shaft, the vibrations feel amazing. The rings are nice and tight so, when slid to the base, everything fits nicely and the vibrations penetrate very well.
Packaging
The box for the MysteryVibe Tenuto 2 is simple and elegant. It's fairly discreet but does make it obvious what's inside upon close inspection. Once the outer sleeve is removed, however, the box is nondescript. The Tenuto 2 is held inside a form-fitting cradle and the charge cord and instructions are in individual boxes.
Materials and care
The MysteryVibe Tenuto 2 is made of smooth silicone that feels and looks high-quality. Since it's showerproof, you can rinse it down after use without worry. Make sure to dry the charge port before connecting it up, though. The Tenuto 2 is made of silicone so it picks up lint and dust fairly easily but a quick rinse will wash that away.
Special feature
One of my favorite features of the MysteryVibe Tenuto 2 is the app and it’s custom vibration pattern creator. I have had some amazing vibrating toys that would have been perfect if I could get exactly the combination of vibes that I want. I always seem to find one that I like only to find out that it’s only part of a much longer pattern that I don’t like as well. The MysteryVibe app allows you to customize each of its vibrations to your liking. There is a separate setting for each motor and you can tap out the rhythm that you like and give it a test before saving it to the Tenuto 2. This, for me, is a game changer. If more companies offered this customization, I absolutely feel that they’d sell more toys.
