My Verdict
The Cock Lock is a fun and exciting chastity toy. It is super easy to put on, super easy to clean, and super comfortable for extended wear. The first time I wore it out and about, I literally forgot it was on - for hours! The hole at the tip is very useful in a few ways. The best (or worst feature) is the near total lack of external feeling through the rubbery material. I gave it a 4.5 out of 5 only because there is no way to lock this on with a key (I could cheat if left un supervised). Thus chastity with this while unsupervised is left to the honor system.

The Cock Lock is made of the softest, rubbery, incredibly stretchy flex TPR I've ever touched. Reports to be Phthalate free and no scent, I detected NO odors of any kind. Lube safe for water-based lubes, hybrid, or silicone lube recommended; oil-base lubes not recommended. Personal Experience
This is fun right out of the package!
The Cock-Lock chastity device was a uniquely fun experience from the moment I first put it on. It is surprising just how rubbery and stretchy the Cock-lock is. At first, after lubing up, I tried poking my nuts in and it proved to be futile. Success was instant when I just inserted all my fingers through the ball sling and main opening, grabbed my nuts, and just pulled everything right on in – it really is that stretchy!!The access hole in the tip is great.
Allowing for bladder voiding or release of other dripping fluids, the hole at the tip can provide access for pure torment- you are warned. The cock head can be poked through, allowing for direct touch and cruel teasing of just the head. The Cock-lock is so squishy, that when adequately lubed, you would swear that you’re swimming in the most spaciously tight prison of torment conceivable. I was not able to get enough external stimulation for the release I sought no matter how much pulling and squishing I was subjected too. It was a torment by my partner that left me begging. I also tried stimulation from a very strong vibrator but the TPR just did too good of a job insulating me from the feeling unlike steel or hard plastic cages that almost amplify vibrations.Design
Not only do I really like the feel of the material as it grasps and holds me, but I also like the shape of the Cock Lock, it is comfortable for long term wear. As a bonus, my junk in the trunk appears a bit more full - giving the appearance of a bigger package or perpetually "happy to see you". Ease of Use

Quality
Though I am always skeptical of materials other than pure silicone or stainless steel, the TPR of the Cock Lock is holding up very well after a full week of wear. There are no annoying mold marks or detectable imperfections. I could easily stretch the Cock Lock as much as I need and it didn't tear apart, I've destroyed other toys with less stretching. As for cleanliness, no odors after a quick rinse, even after sweating all day in the hot sun.
Price
The Cock Lock on sale makes it a great value for the money. The unique experiences from use of the Cock Lock is something I am so very happy to enjoy and repeat. I absolutely dread the possibility of being told to put it on though I crave being mercilessly teased while wearing it - the yin and yang of tantric torment. If you are new too CBT and / or chastity, this would be very much worth the price for dipping your toes in and learning the ropes.
Performance
The website description states "Designed for Hard Play" and it lives up to that very well. Though most of my use / wearing it was a solo endeavor, my spouse loves that I have almost total sensory deprivation yet I can be her instant squeeze toy. As for using the access hole at the tip, that is a wonderful bonus of opportunities. As a side note; if your partner likes to slap your happy stick, your shaft is almost protected compared to the full display of your nuts.
