My Verdict
Despite a few hiccups - the suction cup not sticking and it being rather noisy, the PDX Elite Vibrating Mega Milker Masturbator is a purchase you won’t regret. While there aren’t many reviews out there, I did notice some negative reviews; ignore them! This is easily my favorite powered masturbator, and I’ve used many. None have made me cum in ~60 seconds, and none caused me to involuntarily close my eyes for much of the time I used them, save the PDX Elite Vibrating Mega Milker Masturbator.

The PDX Elite Vibrating Mega Milker Masturbator Delivers
I was slightly hesitant to review the PDX Elite Vibrating Mega Milker Masturbator, as I’ve come to the realization that (for the most part) I prefer manual masturbators over powered ones. However, the PDX Elite Vibrating Mega Milker Masturbator shattered that concept right out of the gate, or box, as it were. Upon unboxing it, I was impressed with its heft and build. Prior to hitting the start button, it seemed well worth the money. I charged it before that first use (four hours to charge a fully drained battery – just 30 minutes out of the box). Once charged, I inserted the sleeve into the body and lubed the inside of the sleeve (water-based lube only) and my penis.Good, Good Vibrations
“I’m pickin’ up good vibrations… Good, good, good, good vibrations…” I’ve stated in former reviews that I don’t care for vibrating toys. This felt less like a traditional stroker masturbator, in that it didn’t stroke the length of my penis, but rather two different spots (slightly towards the bottom and the top), and didn’t move as much or as far as a traditional stroker would have. The sensation was that of a partner firmly grasping my penis with both hands, but it felt more like with two fingers of each hand, somewhat near the top with one hand and the bottom with the other, gripping very firmly, and stroking in very short, firm strokes, their hands not actually sliding much on my penis. The result was incredible, and that “30-minute quickie” turned into a “30 second orgasm.” Okay, maybe 60. But damn, the milking function was incredible, and the result was that “minute man” orgasm. It also has an LED backlight function, which, while it works as described, I didn’t feel added much to the experience. The case has a matte black finish that feels good in your hands. On the front of the case, you will find the control buttons as well as a clear plastic window, designed to allow you to watch the milking action as you use it. The PDX Elite Vibrating Mega Milker Masturbator has a sleek, classy look to it, and is a masturbator with looks that hint that an amazing experience is in the immedate of future of the person holding it.
Ease of Use
The PDX Elite Vibrating Mega Milker Masturbator is simple to use. The controls are simple and straightforward, and did not present any issues – even with lube on my fingers. At almost 1.5 pounds and 4 inches wide, it is somewhat strenuous to hold during use for long periods of time; however, as you read, a long period of use was not the case for me. If you have mobility issues and, unlike myself, manage to last for any length of time, holding the PDX Elite Vibrating Mega Milker Masturbator may become an issue.
Quality
The PDX Elite Vibrating Mega Milker Masturbator seems to be well made and good quality. It feels as if a lot of thought went into its design, and using it certainly did not sway my opinion. It is not, however, without its issues. The LED light feature has its own on/off power button; however, turning on either the vibration or the milking features will automatically turn on the lighting feature (at least on the one I reviewed); therefore, I had no option of using it without the LED lights on. The other issue I had was with the locking suction cup used to mount the unit to a wall or similar surface. The website states that it can be mounted to virtually any surface; however, I could not get it to adhere to any wall I tried to adhere it to.
Price
The PDX Elite Vibrating Mega Milker Masturbator is well worth the price – and then some, in my opinion. There are masturbators that stroke, and ones that vibrate; the PDX Elite Vibrating Mega Milker Masturbator does both, and does them well.
Performance
The PDX Elite Vibrating Mega Milker Masturbator indeed lives up to its expectations as well as the claims made by the manufacturer. The milking function is incredible, as is the vibration function; in fact, I enjoyed the vibration of the PDX Elite Vibrating Mega Milker Masturbator more so than any other vibrating masturbator I have ever used. The battery was recharged in ~30 minutes when not fully drained, and a charge will last 2 and a half hours.
Packaging
The PDX Elite Vibrating Mega Milker Masturbator comes in a cardboard box that is sufficient, and has detailed instructions and lots of helpful information.
Materials and care
The PDX Elite Vibrating Mega Milker Masturbator sleeve is made of TPE and is Phthalate-free, and the case is made of ABS plastic. It is easy to clean; simply remove the sleeve and rinse under warm water and wash with toy cleaner or soap, rinse again, and dry. While it doesn’t come with a storage bag, per se, it does come with a bubble wrap shipping bag that I use to store it in.
Special feature
The PDX Elite Vibrating Mega Milker Masturbator comes with an adjustable locking suction cup that allows the user to attach it to virtually any surface. Unfortunately, I was unable to use this feature, as it would not stick to any of the surfaces I tried sticking it to. I don’t have the traditional shower walls, thus I was limited in my choices of surfaces – painted drywall was the only choice, and it would not stick to said surface.
