My Verdict
I'll start with this. I honest to God never imagined myself ever even using a butt plug. I like deeper penetration typically when it comes to anal play, and most butt plugs top out at about 3.5"-4.5" ish. This toy was no exception, and it tops out at around 4" too. So, it's not gonna be tunnelling its way to your heart by any means. It's not incredibly thick, it's only about 1.2" in diameter, so you may have about a split second of pressure before your anus closes around the flared base to plant the toy squarely up your bum. Not sounding too impressive at the moment is it? This is where that changes. This thing made me glimpse God. I have been trying to reach prostatic orgasm for a long time now. About The ROMP Bass
The toy is a pretty color of blue, and has a splash of yellow across the base. It is quite pleasing to look at for a butt plug, compared to the boring black or solid color that most of them come in. So upon first observation, I was surprised by this. I was also surprised by the quality of the silicone on the toy. It fit's the form of the toy snuggly, with no folds or creases anywhere. The flared base is flexible, which allows you to rock on the base in different ways to receive stimulation in different places inside your rectum. The toy is also waterproof, and has a charging port at the base that can be closed. Lastly, and I cannot state this clearly enough, the vibrations on this toy are truly powerful. But there are several different modes and patterns to choose from, so you'll never want for variety.

Personal Experience
Not a Great Start
I will say my first go round with this toy was not all that great. I attempted to have penetrative sex with my wife with this toy planted right up in my nether regions. Ease of Use
I don't know what to say here, other than the toy is very user friendly. It is a little butt missile (yes, I'm going to occasionally refer to it as a butt missile), and you simply lube the top up and slowly work the body of the toy into your anus, until you reach the flared base. This allows your butt to grab hold of the toy and keep it in, which then allows you to explore yourself, your partner(s), or whatever else you would like to explore while experiencing the pleasures this toy has to offer. 10/10, would recommend.
Quality
I give this toy 90 in quality only due to the power charger that came with the toy. It feels pretty cheap, and I feel like the charger will die long before the toy does. The toy seems very well built, and made of quality materials. The silicone fits the toy perfectly, so there is no sagging or parts which do not fit perfectly.
Price
For $30, this toy is a steal. The pleasure it provides you in exchange for the low price point is a no brainer. Just buy the toy. Do yourself a favor, and just buy the toy.
Performance
This toy does not take very long to charge, and it has shown me no signs of slowing down after nearly an hour of use between two separate sessions. It provides deep vibrations, and completely exceeded all of my expectations. The toy was quiet given the strength of the vibrations I was experiencing, and could definitely be relied upon to deliver public fun.

The actual packaging the toy comes in is an attractive little blue and yellow box. The toy is made out of a good quality silicone. So make sure that you are using a quality water based lubricant to avoid creating more friction.You don't want any tearing for the toy or yourself. The toy is easily cleaned using any kind of toy cleaner, and does not take very long to sanitize. There aren't any hidden crevices either, so the toy can be effectively air dried pretty easily. The toy does not come with a "storage box" per se, but I have been using the box that came with it to store the toy when not in use.
