Does it Hit the Spot?

Design

The Rrrolling Explosion looks and feels very high end from the matte black and smooth curves to the gold embellishments. The buttons blend seamlessly with the toy and the charging port at the back. The curve of the toy is body friendly and weight and design looks luxurious and elegant. Personally, I enjoy the design of this toy over other g-spot toys that have a tendency to look more phallic and less appealing.

Ease of Use

At times, it can be hard to keep a grip on the toy during solo usage because of the smoothness of the handle. This is especially true with the buttons, as they are not a different color and aren't very raised, so they can be hard to differentiate. The problem goes away when using it with a partner because they can look directly at the buttons. As someone with mobility issues, I did at times find the size and curve of the handle to be hard to hold on to for long periods of time, and I believe that would get worse if I followed Satisfyer's suggestion of using it in shower.

Quality

The Rrrolling Explosion toy feels sturdy and made from good quality materials. Satisfyer toys also come with a 15-year warranty so assuming anything fails then I'm not as worried. When outside the body, the rolling bead does make a lot of noise as well as the vibrations, however when inside the body it's noticeably quieter. I was also extremely concerned by the amount of warnings that came with the Satisfyer Rrrolling Explosion versus others I've gotten from them and I'm not sure if it's because it uses a different battery than their other ones, but it does list risk of fire hazard and risk for battery on several separate occasions.

Price

The Satisfyer Rrrolling Explosion toy is $60 before tax and shipping. The toy looks and feels luxurious and elegant with a high quality build. I however don't think the toy needed 12 vibration patterns and instead could have used maybe 5 and had each one have a low, medium and high setting for a more enjoyable experience. Having to cycle all the way back through to get to the pattern you like also docks points in my book. The box does not come with more than the toy, a quick start guide (that had very little information) and a charging cable.

Performance

After some research on other g-spot toys on the market, as well as what Satisfyer was trying to achieve, I do think this toy makes some good on the promises on their website. The Rrrolling Explosion bead offers 7 speeds in an up and down movement to stimulate the g-spot from various angles. I think it works well for both solo and partner play because of the design and simplicity of use. As previously mentioned, even after 12 hours of charging, I'm not sure why it wasn't fully charged as the light has not turned off as I'm writing this. My hope is that it means the battery can hold a long enough charge for multiple play sessions, but it could also mean that the charger is losing connection often.

Packaging

The packaging for the Satisfyer Rrrolling Explosion left much to be desired for me. I personally did not like the outside of the box and have previously bought several toys from Satisfyer. However, this time there was a lot more detailed imaged both on the front of the box and the inside panels of the box. I personally prefer a more discreet design, as it feels more elegant, especially when the toy itself also looks as elegant and luxurious as this one does.

Materials and care

The Satisfyer Rrrolling Explosion g-spot vibrator features body-safe silicone and ABS plastic, all of which feels very high-quality. The toy is extremely easy to clean because of the silicone materials. The toy is waterproof and they do suggest to try it in the shower for some bonus fun. I was disappointed to find that it did not come with a storage bag, as silicone is prone to collecting dust easily, and for the price point I would have expected some sort of storage pouch.
