All in all, I really like the Sex & Mischief Silicone Tickler! I was skeptical of the quality since it was so cheap and didn't come in any packaging, but after using it a few times, I'm pretty impressed. The Perfect Tool For Exploring
What I like most about the Sex & Mischief Silicone Tickler is how versatile it is. As the name suggests, it performs very well as a tickler. Having tried my fair share of feather ticklers in the past (which do feel nice and subtle!) the slightly weighted silicone falls feel a tad more intense. They also feel really smooth and a bit cold actually. Now, this tickler can also be used as a BDSM whip for impact play. I have to admit the red color on the Sex & Mischief Silicone Tickler wasn’t doing it for me at first. It seemed a little tacky and I generally try to avoid color in most of my BDSM tools. Although, this was before I tried it. Experiencing the sharp sting that comes from using this toy as a whip definitely justifies the color. It’s a sign of warning! Don’t be fooled by how beginner-friendly this toy is. When you amp up the intensity, the Sex & Mischief Silicone Tickler follows suit. They can also safely touch your vulva, anus, and mouth. Okay, sorry for the rhyme, but I have a point with this, I promise. Not only does the silicone feel amazing on the skin, it’s also a non-porous material that’s safe to use on more sensitive and intimate areas. While whips, paddles, and crops are often used on these parts, the material isn’t always ideal for that kind of play. The silicone here, however, is completely body-safe and very easy to clean in between uses. I like the simple design of the Sex & Mischief Silicone Tickler. I've even come around on the red color! However, the wand itself is a bit more flexible than I would like it to be during more intense impact play. Although when using it as a tickler, this is no issue at all. It's also a bit too long to comfortably use it on yourself, but the length is perfect for using it on a partner.
Ease of Use
Given the length of the wand, I was actually surprised to learn how easy the Sex & Mischief Silicone Tickler was to use. Since the silicone falls and a bit heavier than faux leather or feathers, it's just a bit easier to wield. The smoothness of the falls also means that they untangle pretty easily when thing get a little too wild.
Quality
When in use, I really don't see any issues with the quality of the Sex & Mischief Silicone Tickler. Although the lack of proper packaging and proper information about the maintenance of the product isn't a great sign, in my experience. The biggest issue was these small threads of glue I noticed left in the silicone falls where they connect to the wand. they're easy to remove but don't bode well for the durability of the toy. I'm not sure how long they will stay glued to the wand over time.
Price
In my opinion, the few quality issues I stumbled upon are very much justified by the low price point of the Sex & Mischief Silicone Tickler. This little item is incredibly affordable compared to other BDSM tools for impact and sensation play. Better yet, it's basically two-in-one item that offers a very wide range of intensity. On top of that, you're getting a product with body-safe silicone falls that's easy to clean. What a steal!
Performance
The Sex & Mischief Silicone Tickler actually exceeded my expectations. Even though it's lightweight and beginner-friendly, this intermediate level kinkster thoroughly enjoyed it. The range of intensity is greater than I thought it would be and I got to explore the sensations on very intimate body parts, thanks to the material. It's the perfect medium between my more advanced level flogger and my entry-level mini riding crop. I will probably reach for the Sex & Mischief Silicone Tickler more often since it can offer more sensation in one product.
Packaging
The Sex & Mischief Silicone Tickler didn't actually come with any information since there wasn't really any packaging. It was delivered to me in a plastic bag (in a plain cardboard box, of course) with a small sticker of the brand name attached to it. While I don't mind minimalistic packaging, I could have used just a bit more information about the care and maintenance of the product.
Materials and care
There wasn't any information on the packaging and very limited information on the online shops on how to clean and care for this product. Despite this, it should be fairly simple. Since the silicone falls, the ABS plastic wand, and the rubber handle are all waterproof, it should be easy to clean. However, I would avoid submerging the whole thing under water since the the glue holding the falls in place may dissolve. I found that wiping the whole thing down with a damp cloth and some sex toy cleaner was an easy and efficient way to clean it.
