Sportsheets Pivot Positioning Bar Review
My Verdict
Do you like bondage? Do you like putting your partner in positions to push their flexibility to the max? Or maybe you would just like a little extra support for your favorite positions? If you answered yes to any of these questions then the Sportsheets Pivot Positioning Bar is the product for you. With this bar you can force your partners legs in the air, restrain their hands so you can play with that booty uninterrupted, or just use it as padding when you get intense in the moment.

About The Sportsheets Pivot Positioning Bar
The Sportsheets Pivot Positioning Bar is a very well designed product, made from polyester on the outside with flexible fiberglass and foam inside for padding. This toy is used for extra support, while it does come with cuffs attached to it, it is not the best at restraining someone. The worst part of the product is its name — it says it is a BAR. There is nothing on this product that I would consider a "bar", as the product is very moldable for different positions.

Personal Experience
First Uses
This toy was really fun to use, and I am not exaggerating when I say there are many different ways to use this toy. The first thing I tried was actually a suggestion on the packaging. I strapped the cuffs around my partners ankles and used the pad for head support during our “69”. Then, I flipped her over and used the padded middle part to easily control her legs in the air. Also used it as a pillow for my hands while I was restrained.More Interesting Positions
Here is where we got really creative with it. Cuff your partner’s wrist and the padding makes a great place for their knees to rest, giving you use of their head without interference. Or, change out the cuffs for bigger ones and strap their thighs in, push the padding behind their head and watch as their legs wont be able to close.Overall Experience
This toy delivered in the way I expected it too. Remember when purchasing this product it is not a spreader bar, but a support product. I think you should definitely buy this for your softer bondage nights.Design
The Sportsheets Pivot Positioning Bar looks very basic in design. It consists of two cuffs linked to the ends of a padded foam center by way of clips. For me, the design is okay, but what could be done better is the material they used. The cuffs and pillow use a very rough fabric, so it can get a little itchy and irritating sometimes. This might not be a good purchase if you have sensitive skin.
Ease of Use
The Sportsheets Pivot Positioning Bar is a very simple product both in design and execution. Simply strap the cuffs on and use the position support to hole their limbs in place. The only reason I can see not to use it is if you have cramping problems and can't be in one position for too long.
Quality
This product feels very cheap. I do not foresee it breaking or not working, but the materials really feel cheap. The cuffs and pillows are really rough fabric while the clips connecting the cuffs are not steel but iron. For the price you pay for this toy, it really should be softer and more durable.
Price
For $70, I think the quality is lackluster. While it is a good toy, for $70 you can get much better BDSM accessories. There are no extras in the box, just the toy itself. The best part is that the cuffs are removable and can be exchanged for your favorite ones.
Performance
The Sportsheets Pivot Positioning Bar did live up to my expectations. The fiberglass interior was stiff but still easily bendable. This product is so much fun with a partner, but if you do not have a partner Sportsheets offers a play pad attachment for solo use (sold separately).
Packaging
The packaging for the Sportsheets Pivot Positioning Bar is amazing. I am one to usually not like a lot of adult toy packaging. This time I will make an exception for this toy, as the packaging offers amazing advice on how to use it. The back has the product description with a plug for their own attachment and shows how to use that attachment. Then, you have the side that gives 4 positions to start your journey with. This is the information that adult toys need on the package, not some wild fantasy promise!
Materials and care
The materials are body-safe and very light. However, the fabric is very low quality and slightly itchy. It is not waterproof and not recommended for places where it can get dirty, as you need to spot clean it. Cleaning should be almost a non-issue as it doesn't get that dirty, from my experience. No storage bag is included, so you will need to work out a place to put it in your collection.
