However, as someone who never found the strappy look and feel of traditional waist harnesses appealing, the simplicity of the design is a massive point in its favor. The all-black color scheme is discrete and sexy. It might seem basic, but basic does not mean cheap. The look and feel of the material are comfortable and sturdy, and the level of quality is evident in everything from the machine washable fabric to the strong neoprene used to close the strap-on around the thigh.
Ease of Use
The Sportsheets Ultra Thigh Strap-On Harness is an incredibly easy product to use. A simple band with a hole for a dildo and neoprene to affix the strap-on to the user's thigh make this a plug-and-play solution to strap-on usage. Unlike traditional waist harnesses, which have easily tangled leg and waist strands, The Sportsheets Ultra Thigh Strap-On Harness is easily affixed to the leg, and requires no complicated rigging, tightening, or adjusting. I also appreciate how easy it is to remove. Because of the quick-release neoprene closure, once sex is over, there's no awkward wiggle to be done, like there so often is with complicated waist harnesses. You simply take it off by disengaging the neoprene fastening, and you're done!
Quality
Though very simple, The Sportsheets Ultra Thigh Strap-On Harness is obviously of high quality. As someone with sensitive skin, unfamiliar fabric can often be coarse against my skin - or worse, it can irritate it and leave a rash behind. However, The Sportsheets Ultra Thigh Strap-On is smooth, well-made, and extremely comfortable. The quality is exceptional!
Price
The pricetag on the Sportsheets Ultra Thigh Strap-On Harness is slightly high, particularly given the simplicity of the product. However, as it has replaced my traditional waist strap-on harness due to its superior feel and quality, it gets more than enough use to justify the price.
Performance
The Sportsheets Ultra Thigh Strap-On Harness absolutely lives up to its expectations - and even goes beyond them. When I was first approached to try this product, I was skeptical. I'd never tried a thigh harness before, and given my experience with the more traditional waist-worn models, I expected to use this once and never again. However, it performed so well both during simple love making and more intense sex, that I now will use nothing else.
Packaging
The packaging of The Sportsheets Ultra Thigh Strap-On Harness is, like the toy itself, very simple and sleek. The box does include photographs of people using the Strap-On in pre-sexual situations, so if discretion is your goal when ordering toys, The Sportsheets Ultra Thigh Strap-On Harness might not be for you. However, I found the cardboard to be effective, and though there were no included instructions in my box, the strap-on harness is intuitive enough that it's not necessary!
Materials and care
One of the best things about The Sportsheets Ultra Thigh Strap-On Harness is that it is machine washable! Unlike so many other harnesses, which can be exceptionally difficult to clean, this one can be tossed into the washing machine, cleaned, and ready for use. It's stood up to several washes in my house, so you know the material is quality and the stitching is not going to be disturbed by your washing machine! It does not come with a storage box or bag, however, it's such a discrete product (again, it reminds me of a knee brace!), that you likely don't need one. It can hide in plain sight!
